SUMMARY

MeritzMax does not collect, transmit, store on any server, sell, share or otherwise use any personal information. Every number you enter in the app stays on your iPhone. We do not require an account, never ask for your email, never read your contacts, and never run any analytics or advertising SDK. There is nothing for us to lose because we have nothing about you.

WHO WE ARE

MeritzMax ("the App") is developed and distributed by an independent developer (referred to below as "we", "our"). The App is sold exclusively through Apple's App Store and is governed by Apple's standard developer terms.

1. WHAT WE COLLECT

We collect nothing.

The App has no server. It does not send any data over the network. It does not ask for your name, email, phone, location, photos, contacts, calendars, microphone, camera or any other personal information. It does not include any third-party analytics, crash-reporting, attribution, advertising or social SDK.

1. WHAT YOU PUT INTO THE APP

When you use a calculator, the values you type and the results computed are saved as a small JSON file inside the App's private sandbox folder on your device. This data is:

• visible only to the App • included in your iCloud Backup or encrypted iTunes/Finder backup the same way other on-device data is, if you have those backups enabled • permanently deleted when you delete the App from your device • never transmitted anywhere by the App itself

You can clear the saved calculation history at any time from the History tab's trash icon.

1. SHARING & EXPORTS

When you tap "Copy Results" inside a calculator or History detail, the App writes the formatted text to your device's clipboard. Anything you paste afterwards is your decision.

If you tap "Contact Support" the App will attempt to open your device's default mail client with a pre-filled message to [email protected]. The App does not send anything itself — your mail client controls the send.

If you tap "Privacy Policy" inside Settings the App will open this web page in Safari. No data is sent in the process besides the standard HTTPS request Safari makes to load the page.

None. The App uses only Apple's built-in UIKit, Foundation and SafariServices frameworks.
